Konstitutives Reibgesetz zur Beschreibung und Optimierung von Tailored Surfaces
(Drittmittelfinanzierte Gruppenförderung – Teilprojekt)Eine zentrale Herausforderung derBlechmassivumformung ist ein teilweise unkontrollierter Werkstofffluss. Dieserbeeinflusst die zu erreichende geometrische Bauteilmaßhaltigkeit negativ. Vordiesem Hintergrund wird die Zielsetzung verfolgt, durch lokale Reibungsanpassungenmittels Modifikation der Werkstück- oder Werkzeugoberfläche den Stofffluss zusteuern und die Ausformung der Funktionselemente zu verbessern. Insbesonderewerkzeugseitige Modifikationen haben hohes Potential, da sie die Prozesskette nichtverlängern. Allerdings müssen sie für einen effizienten Einsatz eine hoheVerschleißbeständigkeit aufweisen, weshalb die funktionalen Zusammenhängezwischen Veränderung der Werkzeugtopographie und der Reibung zur Beschreibungder Funktionsbeständigkeit erforscht werden.
