World Online Ranking of Best Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering Scientists
On April 12th Research.Com published this year's edition of its ranking of scientists in the above-mentioned fields. Here, publication performance and citations within the respective discipline are taken into account and evaluated if the H-index is at least 30. So just being included on the list represents a great success.
The following placements were achieved for mechanical engineering at FAU:
- National 5/66 (Top 8%), International 172/2000 (Top 9%) Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Paul Steinmann
- National 40/66 (Top 61%), International 1255/2000 (Top 63%) Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Marion Merklein
