Participation in the deformation science colloquium

This year's forming colloquium took place in picturesque Zauchensee, Austria, from March 18 to 22. The conference days were dedicated to scientific and practice-oriented exchange between forming engineers from universities, production and plant design. The LFT was represented with contributions on the accumulative roll bonding and the production of micro-textured components from strip. The joint skiing was also ideally suited for establishing new contacts from industry and research in an informal environment.
