Promotion Andreas Hetzel

On March 8, 2025, Andreas achieved his goal and successfully completed his PhD with a presentation and final examination. During his presentation, he provided further insights into his work on influencing material flow in sheet metal forming of precipitation-hardenable aluminum materials through local heat treatment. After the examination, Dr. Hetzel made sure to treat the institute to a sumptuous roast pig.
