As part of the Production Technology I lecture, the Institute of Manufacturing Technology gave students from various degree programs the opportunity to gain insights into current research and ongoing projects of the institute. Among other things, the participants were able to find out about innovative topics with the opportunity to write final theses. An example here is the forming production of bipolar plates from the thinnest metal foils or the Investigation and production of hybrid structures made of sheet metal base bodies and additively manufactured functional elements. Afterwards, the students' questions were answered over cookies and gingerbread, rounding off the insight from the institute.

If you are looking for an exciting HiWi job or a thesis in an innovative field of forming technology, you will find current offers for student assistants as well as advertisements for project and Final theses.
