Hot topics at METEC and ESTAD 2023

"Discover The Bright World of Metals" - this was the motto at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Center from 12.-16. June hosted the METEC & ESTAD 2023, which is a leading conference for metallurgy and materials technology and is one of the largest steel conferences in Europe. With over 600 presentations from the fields of iron and steel production, steel application, surface technologies and Industry 4.0, the latest developments in the industry were presented and discussed. The scientific employees Stephan Schirdewahn (picture left) and Franz He (picture right) used the conference as a communication platform to present and discuss the latest research results in the field of press hardening technology and to establish new, worldwide contacts from industry and research.
