Materials and Testing in Automotive Engineering

The lecture gives an overview about the materials and the production processes used in automobil manufacturing. Within four lectures the manufacturing of raw material to a semi-finished product to a finish part will be treted for the most important materials in automobil manufacuting. Aim of the lecture is a demonstration of the high viarity of different materials unsed in automobil industry and how their interaction influences a cars driving properties.
